We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where information has been displayed incorrectly.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you place an order:

  • Orders are subject to acceptance

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing times and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

7. PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY

Teslash products are cosmetic items intended for external use only.

You are responsible for:

  • Following all instructions

  • Conducting a patch test before using adhesive products

  • Ensuring safe application around the eye area

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse

  • Improper application

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Allergic reactions where patch testing was not performed

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bad Bish Club Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit, revenue or business

  • Damage resulting from misuse of products

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law

  • Branding

  • Product names

  • Images

  • Text

  • Graphics

is the property of Bad Bish Club Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide order details, IP data, and delivery confirmation evidence to payment providers.

Accounts involved in fraudulent disputes may be permanently restricted.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website is powered by Shopify. Payments and certain services are processed through authorised third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.
