SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Teslash is operated by Bad Bish Club Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16536348).

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Delivery Method

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked services (typically Tracked 48 or equivalent).

Estimated delivery timeframe:

2–4 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.


4. Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered,” Teslash is not responsible for loss, theft or damage after delivery.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate.

We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.


6. Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived:

  • Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us.

  • Contact hi@teslash.com with your order number.

We will assist with Royal Mail investigations where appropriate.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made following confirmation from the carrier.


7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but not completed:

  • The customer is responsible for rearranging delivery with Royal Mail.

  • Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to additional postage charges for reshipping.


8. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
