Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lash kits, magnetic liners, or applicators unless faulty.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of unused items.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact hi@teslash.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to be processed to your original payment method.
