Q: How long do Teslash lashes last?
With proper care, each pair can be reused up to 50 wears. Always clean the magnets after each use and store them in their lash tray to maintain their curve.


Q: Can I trim my Teslash lashes?
Yes! For the best fit, measure against your natural lash line and trim from the outer corner only. Avoid cutting through the magnets.


Q: Can I wear mascara with Teslash lashes?
You can, but apply mascara before attaching your Teslash lashes — not after. This keeps your magnetic bands clean and extends their lifespan.


Q: Are Teslash lashes safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes — the magnetic liner is latex-free, ophthalmologist tested, and gentle enough for everyday wear.

Q: How do I clean my Teslash lashes?
After removing them, gently wipe away any liner residue from the magnets using a clean cotton swab. Avoid water or soaking — moisture can relax the lash curl.

Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We currently deliver throughout the UK and Europe.


Q: How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
International shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on location.


Q: Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, opened lash kits cannot be returned.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hi@teslash.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact our customer support team with your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll replace it immediately or issue a store credit.
